Lisa Hanson was the travel agent for a mission trip that I took with a group of 27 people to South Africa for 10 days.

I had medical issues that made traveling out of the country a real concern to me. I wasn’t sure if I could handle all the walking in the airports and was concerned about my medications being permitted in the country. She made sure I had all the accommodations needed to make every part of the trip smooth and comfortable not only for me but the all the other people on the trip.
The activities she planned were more than just time fillers, they were incredible experiences that I now hold as priceless memories.
If I could, I would go on any trip she was planning, and I would have her to plan any trip I want to take.

Based on other very positive reviews, I choose Travel by Lisa Hanson to book my trip to Puerto Rico. It was an excellent decision, easily 5-stars. Making my first ever trip a memorable one.

To start, communication was excellent. My emails were promptly responded to. From the very start instead of just addressing me by my email name, she pointed out that my email had my name spelt differently than the regular spelling and wanted to make sure which was correct! Since this was my first time traveling, I was nervous and was all over the place.

She was very calming and patient with me. She was also very detailed, thorough, open and honest with me about everything! With helping me navigate through all of the documents and information that she presented to me!

From destination to flights to travel insurance to car rental even excursions. The itinerary was very well thought out, combining leisure time with activity and not-to-be-missed opportunities. She made sure that I got what I wanted! Lisa was very friendly and courteous and my experience with my first travel agent was an experience that You’d want and love to have whenever traveling! I am so glad I did! I’ll never choose any other travel agent. Thank you again Lisa Hanson!

Meeting Lisa was so divine for me. I had volunteered with a Kenyan Bishop who was hosting this big Group from October 7 - 15, 2018 that comprised of 32 Travelers and majority of whom were Bishops, Pastors, Evangelists, Worshippers as well as Professionals in various fields. I learnt much from Lisa's Leadership & coordination. she articulated everything to the letter while still maintaining her addictive smile.
